Varietal ships with six guided coffee recipes across pour over, hybrid, concentrate, and immersion brewing. Each one includes built-in brew details and step-by-step timing, so you can go from setup to first cup without hunting for recipes elsewhere.

- Pour to
60g, then wait for drain. - Pour to
120g, then wait for drain. - Pour to

- Let it drain to finish.

100gof water into the reservoir. - Pump once to wet the grounds and bloom.
- Pump steadily, about
1 pump per second, until the brew finishes.
