We're a small team building Varietal with care. If something isn't working or you have a question, we'd love to hear from you.

Before you reach out

You might find a quick answer in these common topics:

  • Deleting your data — go to Settings inside the app and tap Delete All Data.
  • Bag scanning not working — make sure camera permission is enabled for Varietal in your iPhone Settings, and that the bag label is well-lit and in frame.
  • Data not appearing after reinstall — Varietal stores data locally on your device. Uninstalling the app removes that data. iCloud backup may restore it if you had backups enabled.
  • Early access — sign up on the waitlist and we'll reach out when your spot is ready.
